Deleting Scheduled Posts

You might want to remove a scheduled post because the content is no longer relevant, you made a mistake, or you want to reschedule it for a different time.

  1. Go to your profile and click the Scheduled Posts tab
  2. Find the post you want to remove
  3. Click the Delete button on that post
  4. A confirmation dialog appears: “Are you sure you want to delete this scheduled activity?”
  5. Confirm the deletion

The post is removed immediately. The count badge in the tab label updates to reflect the new total.

Deletion is permanent. The activity record and all its scheduling metadata are removed from the database. The post will not be published at its original scheduled time.

If you delete a post that already had media attached, the media attachment references stored with the activity are also removed (the actual media file in your WordPress media library is not deleted).

  • There is no undo for a deleted scheduled post
  • The post cannot be recovered after deletion
  • Deletion removes the post entirely; it does not move it to drafts or a trash area

Delete button does not respond

Check your internet connection, then refresh the page and try again. Make sure you are still logged in.

Post still appears after deletion

Refresh the page. The deletion happens via a background request; on slow connections there can be a brief delay before the list updates.

“There was a problem deleting your scheduled activity”

This error can appear if your login session expired. Log out and back in, then try again.
