Video Scripts - Per-Feature 60-Second Clips (Canonical)
Thirteen focused short videos. Each stands alone for social, paid ads, or “feature deep-dive” thumbnails on your YouTube channel. Each is approximately 60 seconds, scripted, with reference screenshots from the image library and on-screen text overlay specs.
Format for every script:
- Hook: The first thing the viewer hears and sees - must work without sound
- Body: What the feature does and why it matters
- CTA: One action for the viewer to take
- Length target: 52-58 seconds after final edit (fits YouTube Shorts 60s ceiling)
1. Search & Filters (Free)
Section titled “1. Search & Filters (Free)”On screen: Visitor types “italian” into the search bar - autocomplete dropdown appears. Clicks Near Me - results re-sort with a distance badge on each card. Body:
WB Listora’s search runs on a denormalized index - not the slow
WP_Querymost directory plugins rely on. Type a keyword, see suggestions immediately. Click Near Me and results re-sort by distance using Haversine geolocation. Tick a facet in the sidebar - category, location, amenity - and results update without a page reload. The URL updates too, so visitors can share or bookmark exactly what they searched. Scales to 100,000 listings without slowing down.

Section titled “2. Frontend Submission Wizard (Free)”On screen: Walking through the 4-step wizard from scratch - Basics (name, type, category) - Details (address with draggable map pin moving to the exact location) - Media (gallery upload with progress ring) - Contact (email, socials). Submit click. Toast notification: “Listing submitted successfully.”
On-screen text overlays:

- 0:48 - “Spam protection on every submission”

WB Listora’s submission wizard is the one vendors actually finish. Multi-step with auto-save at every step - they can stop halfway and come back without losing anything. Conditional fields show only what is relevant to each listing type. A draggable map pin lets them place the exact storefront location. Gallery upload handles thumbnail generation automatically. Honeypot, rate limiting, CAPTCHA, and Akismet run on every submission, so spam never enters your database. When they submit, they see exactly what happens next - auto-publish, pending review, or activate with credits.
CTA: “Available in Free at wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Steady, productive. BPM 115-125. Epidemic Sound “Productive” category.
Asset: frontend-submission.png, duplicate-check-step.png
3. Reviews + Multi-Criteria (Free + Pro)
Section titled “3. Reviews + Multi-Criteria (Free + Pro)”On screen: Visitor opens a listing - Reviews tab. The overall rating (4.7 stars) is broken into 4 criteria: Food 4.8, Service 4.5, Value 4.6, Ambiance 4.9 - each with its own star display. Visitor clicks Write a Review - the form shows 4 separate rating inputs plus a text area and a photo upload. Owner clicks Reply - the public reply appears threaded below.
On-screen text overlays:
- 0:00 - “One overall star tells you nothing”
- 0:10 - “Rate Food, Service, Value, Ambiance separately”
- 0:25 - “Reviewers attach photos”
- 0:38 - “Owners reply publicly”
- 0:50 - “6-layer anti-spam on every review”
Hook: “One overall star rating tells you nothing. Multi-criteria reviews tell you everything.”
Body:
Listora’s review system is built around how customers actually think. Rate Food, Service, Value, and Ambiance separately - each scored independently, displayed as separate averages on the listing. Reviewers attach up to 3 photos. Owners reply publicly. Visitors helpful-vote the most useful reviews, and reviewers get notified when their review hits a milestone. Akismet plus a 6-layer anti-spam stack keeps the queue clean. Free gives you single-score reviews with owner replies. Pro adds the multi-criteria scoring and photo attachments.
CTA: “Free starts you, Pro adds depth. wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Warm, conversational. BPM 100-110. Epidemic Sound “Relaxed” category.
Asset: multi-criteria-reviews.png, photo-reviews.png, reviews-system.png
4. Credits & Pricing Plans (Pro)
Section titled “4. Credits & Pricing Plans (Pro)”On screen: Admin defines three pricing plans in the Pricing Plans admin - Basic (free, 0 credits), Featured (10 credits per month), Premium (25 credits per month) with entitlements listed. Vendor visits Buy Credits page - selects a 50-credit pack, clicks Stripe checkout, payment completes. Back on My Listings, the vendor clicks Activate Plan next to their listing - a credit deduction animation runs. The listing status changes to Published.
On-screen text overlays:
- 0:00 - “Your directory is worth real money”
- 0:10 - “Define plans with credit costs and entitlements”
- 0:25 - “7 payment integrations - Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, and more”
- 0:42 - “Hold-and-Commit - credits reserved, not charged until publish”
Hook: “Your directory is worth real money. Charge for it.”
Body:
Pro’s credit-and-plan system is the business model layer. Define plans - Basic free, Featured for 10 credits, Premium for 25. Vendors buy credit packs through any of 7 payment integrations: Stripe and PayPal direct, plus WooCommerce, WooCommerce Subscriptions, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, and WooMemberships - all bridged out of the box. Hold-and-Commit activation means credits are reserved when a plan is selected and only deducted on publish - a half-paid listing never half-publishes. Refunds revert the credits cleanly.
CTA: “Add Pro to your Free install. wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Confident, business-forward. BPM 120-130. Epidemic Sound “Corporate” category.
Asset: credits-and-plans.png, pricing-plans-admin.png, buy-credits-page.png, transactions.png
5. Lead Forms (Pro)
Section titled “5. Lead Forms (Pro)”On screen: Visitor opens a listing - the contact section shows a Lead Form with custom fields (Name, Phone, Project Details, Budget range). On-screen text overlays:

- 0:10 - “Custom fields per listing type”
- 0:28 - “Source attribution - which listing, which page”
- 0:42 - “Auto-deduplication so you see real numbers”
Hook: “Every contact form fill is a lead. Pro tells you which ones came from where.”

Pro’s Lead Form replaces the basic contact form with tracked lead capture. Customize fields per listing type - add a budget dropdown for real estate, a project description for contractors, a party-size selector for restaurants. Source attribution shows which listing, which page, which device sent each lead. Auto-deduplication keeps analytics clean. The listing owner gets the lead at their account email. You see it in admin analytics - by listing, by time period, by conversion rate. Same 6-layer anti-spam stack protects lead forms as everything else.
CTA: “Pro at wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Steady, professional. BPM 110-120.
Asset: lead-forms.png, analytics.png
6. Compare Listings (Pro)
Section titled “6. Compare Listings (Pro)”On screen: Visitor hearts 3 listings - a floating comparison bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing 3 listing thumbnails. Visitor navigates to another category, the bar persists. Clicks Compare Now - a side-by-side table loads with all 3 listings showing core info, pricing, hours, services, ratings all aligned in columns.
On-screen text overlays:

Selections persist across the site via localStorage so a visitor can browse, add more, and come back to compare without losing their picks. A floating bar shows current selections everywhere on the site. One click from the bar and they are on the comparison page. The shortcode
[listora_compare]embeds the comparison block anywhere on your site.
CTA: “Live demo at wbcomdesigns.com.”

7. Needs Marketplace (Pro)
Section titled “7. Needs Marketplace (Pro)”On screen: Buyer clicks Post a Need - fills a short form: “Caterer for 200 guests in Brooklyn, Budget $3,000, Date: August 15”. The need appears in the Needs grid with category, urgency, and budget badges. A vendor logs into their dashboard - the Needs tab shows 3 matching requests. The vendor clicks one and submits a quote response. The buyer’s dashboard shows “2 Responses” on their need.
On-screen text overlays:
- 0:00 - “Flip the directory - let buyers post, vendors compete”
- 0:10 - “Buyers describe what they need”
- 0:25 - “Vendors see matching requests by type and location”
- 0:42 - “Quotes, not cold calls”
Hook: “Flip the directory. Let buyers post, vendors compete.”
Body:
The Needs Marketplace is Pro’s reverse directory. Instead of vendors waiting to be found, buyers post what they need - caterer for 200 guests, plumber for water heater, photographer for an August wedding. Matching businesses see the request in their dashboard Needs tab, filtered by their listing type and location. They respond with a quote. The buyer picks the best response. A second flywheel built right into the same directory - your platform serves both sides of the market.

Section titled “8. Moderators Team (Pro)”On screen: Site owner navigates to the Moderators admin - adds a team member by email, selects capability scopes: approve listings, approve claims, moderate reviews. The moderator logs in and sees a focused interface - moderation queue only, no settings, no pricing plans. Every approval action shows in the Audit Log with the moderator’s name, timestamp, and IP.
On-screen text overlays:

- 0:10 - “Grant exactly the scopes they need - nothing else”
- 0:28 - “Moderators cannot see settings, payments, or webhooks”
- 0:45 - “Every action recorded in the Audit Log”
Hook: “You do not need to do every approval yourself.”
Body:
Pro’s Moderators feature lets you grant team members exactly the capability scopes they need - approve listings, approve claims, moderate reviews, resolve reports - and nothing else. No access to Settings, Pricing Plans, Webhooks, or Analytics. Capability-gated at the REST and admin layer, so a moderator literally cannot break things they should not see. Every action they take is recorded in the Audit Log with actor, timestamp, and IP - so accountability is always clear.

Music suggestion: Steady, trustworthy. BPM 105-115.

- 0:25 - “Badges appear on cards, detail pages, and search facets”
- 0:42 - “Expiration keeps badges current”
Hook: “Trust signals differentiate vetted vendors. Show them prominently.”
Body:
Pro’s Verification Badges feature gives you a built-in trust signal you define and control. Create badge types - Verified Owner, Top Rated, Editor’s Pick, Locally Owned - with your own color, icon, criteria text, and optional expiration date. Assign to listings and the badge renders on cards, detail pages, and search facets. The badge surface is exposed via REST so headless clients and mobile apps render the same signals as the web frontend.
CTA: “Trust signals matter. Pro at wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Confident, premium feel. BPM 115-125.
Asset: verification-badges.png
10. Analytics & Audit Log (Pro)
Section titled “10. Analytics & Audit Log (Pro)”On screen: Admin opens the Analytics page - a dashboard with listing view counts, phone click-throughs, contact form submissions, and lead volume over time in line charts. Admin clicks a specific listing to drill into its individual stats. Then switches to the Audit Log - a table of every state transition: approval, rejection, payment, verification - each row showing timestamp, actor, action, IP.
On-screen text overlays:
- 0:00 - “If you can’t measure it, you can’t grow it”
- 0:10 - “Views, clicks, contact fills - per listing”
- 0:28 - “Drill into any listing’s history”
- 0:42 - “Audit Log - who did what, when, from where”
Hook: “If you can’t measure it, you can’t grow it.”
Body:
Pro tracks every customer-visible action - listing views, phone clicks, website clicks, contact form submissions, favorites - and surfaces it in two complementary views. Analytics shows you what is working: top listings, top categories, conversion rate, lead volume over time. Audit Log shows you who did what: every approval, rejection, payment, status transition recorded with timestamp, actor, and IP. Two views of the same truth. The data is yours - exportable via REST or the settings export.
CTA: “Pro at wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Analytical, focused. BPM 110-120.

11. White Label (Pro)
Section titled “11. White Label (Pro)”On screen: Admin navigates to the White Label settings panel. Uploads a custom agency logo. Sets a primary brand color using the color picker. Inputs a custom admin title “Acme Directory”. Refreshes the wp-admin page - the Listora branding is replaced with the agency’s logo and color on every admin screen, every email template, and the frontend dashboard header.
On-screen text overlays:
- 0:00 - “Ship a directory product with your brand on every screen”
- 0:08 - “Custom logo, color, admin title”

Hook: “Your clients paid for your product - put your brand on it.”
Body:
Pro’s White Label feature lets agencies and resellers ship a fully branded directory product. Upload your logo, set your primary color, enter your admin panel title. The changes apply everywhere WB Listora shows branding: the wp-admin menu icon, every admin page header, all 14 notification email templates, and the vendor-facing My Listings dashboard header. Your client logs into their WordPress site and sees your product, not ours. One setting, full coverage.

A styled holding page preview appears: custom headline, a countdown timer (days/hours/minutes), an email capture field, and the custom logo. Visitor on the frontend sees the holding page instead of the directory. Admin disables Coming Soon - the directory is live instantly. The email capture list shows collected addresses in the admin.
On-screen text overlays:
- 0:00 - “Build the directory before it goes live”
- 0:10 - “Custom headline, countdown, email capture”
- 0:28 - “Logged-in admins still see the full directory”
- 0:45 - “Flip one toggle when you’re ready”
Hook: “Build your directory in private. Launch when it is ready.”
Body:
Pro’s Coming Soon mode gates the public directory behind a branded holding page while you build it out. Set a custom headline, add a countdown timer, and collect email addresses from interested visitors before launch day. Logged-in administrators still see the full directory so you can populate listings, test the submission flow, and set up pricing plans without visitors seeing an empty grid. When you are ready, flip the toggle off. The directory goes live and the collected emails are in the admin.
CTA: “Launch with momentum. Pro at wbcomdesigns.com.”
Music suggestion: Anticipatory, building energy. BPM 115-130.
Asset: coming-soon.png, spam-protection-settings.png (use for the email capture preview)
