What is BuddyPress Profile Pro?
Section titled “What is BuddyPress Profile Pro?”BuddyPress Profile Pro extends the standard BuddyPress member profile with custom field groups, repeatable field sets, and a member-directory search form.
Out of the box, BuddyPress gives each member a “Profile” section with basic xprofile fields. BuddyPress Profile Pro adds a separate Extended Fields tab on the profile page (the label is customizable) where members can fill in richer information — work history, education, contact details, or any custom data you define.
What it adds
Section titled “What it adds”Field groups — You organize fields into named groups (for example, Education, Professional Experience, Contact Details). Each group can be set as a repeater so members can add multiple entries for the same set of fields (for example, multiple jobs or degrees).
14 field types — Textbox, Textarea, Select (dropdown), Year Dropdown, Textbox & Dropdown combination, Google Place Autocomplete, Calendar, Selectize (tag-style multi-select), Checkbox, Radio Button, Email, Phone Number, URL, and Image.
Profile search — An optional search form on the BuddyPress members directory that filters members by your extended fields. You choose which fields appear in the search form and how each one searches (contains, is, is like, match any, and so on).
Field visibility — When enabled, members can control who sees each of their extended fields: everyone, logged-in members, friends only, or admins only.

- BP Resume Manager must not be active at the same time
What this plugin does not include
Section titled “What this plugin does not include”This plugin manages extended profile fields only. It does not replace the standard BuddyPress xprofile system and does not add resume-download or PDF export features.
