Student Details
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Student Details view shows a complete progress snapshot for an individual student. You can access it by clicking a student’s name in your student list, or by placing it on any page of your site so students can view their own progress.
How to View a Student’s Details
Section titled “How to View a Student’s Details”From the My Students tab, click any student’s name to open their detailed progress view.
What Is Displayed
Section titled “What Is Displayed”Course Progress
Section titled “Course Progress”For each course the student is enrolled in, you will see:
- Course name and a link to it
- Overall progress as a percentage with a visual progress bar
- Number of lessons completed out of the total
- Number of topics completed out of the total
- Number of quizzes taken
Quiz Scores and Attempt History
Section titled “Quiz Scores and Attempt History”For each quiz the student has taken:
- Quiz name
- Score and whether they passed or failed
- Date of each attempt
- A link to a detailed question-by-question breakdown
Multiple attempts are listed with the most recent first.
Time Spent Per Course
Section titled “Time Spent Per Course”When the Time Tracking feature is enabled on your site, you will also see how much total time the student has spent in each course.
Certificate Status
Section titled “Certificate Status”For courses that award certificates, a status badge shows:
- Earned — the student has completed the course and can download their certificate
- Not Earned — the course is not yet complete
A download link appears next to certificates the student has earned.
Activity Timeline
Section titled “Activity Timeline”A chronological list of the student’s recent activity, including:
- Course enrollments
- Lesson completions
- Quiz attempts
- Assignment submissions
- Certificates awarded
Who Can View Student Details
Section titled “Who Can View Student Details”| Role | Access |

| Administrator | All students on the site |
| Instructor | Students enrolled in their own courses |
| Group Leader | Students in their assigned groups |
| Student | Their own progress (when the page is set up for self-service) |
Group leaders access student details the same way as instructors — click any student name in the student list. The data shown is limited to courses within the group leader’s assigned groups.
Adding Student Details to a Page
Section titled “Adding Student Details to a Page”You can display a student’s progress on any page of your WordPress site. When students visit that page while logged in, they see their own progress automatically.
To add this to a page, ask your site administrator to add the Student Details widget or block to the page.
If you want to display a specific student’s progress (for example, on an instructor-facing page), your administrator can configure the page to show a particular student’s record.
