Quick Start

Create your first service product, purchase it as a customer, and walk through the complete order workflow from requirements to delivery.

  1. Navigate to WP Admin > Products > Add New
  2. Enter a product title and description

    • WYSIWYG Editor — rich text editor
    • File Upload — file attachment
    • Dropdown — single-select dropdown
    • Multi-Select — multi-option dropdown

  3. Publish the page
  4. Go to WP Admin > Woo Sell Services > General Settings
  5. Select this page as the Service Order Page
  1. Visit your shop page and find the service product
  2. Add it to cart (service products are limited to quantity 1)
  3. Complete checkout (guests will see a notice that an account is required)
  4. If the order contains a single service and no other products, you are redirected to fill out the requirement form
  5. Complete all required fields and submit

The order status changes from Waiting For Requirement to Work In Progress.

The vendor sees the order in their dashboard:

  • WP Admin > WooCommerce > Orders (for admin/single-vendor)
  • Dokan/WCFM/WC Vendors dashboard (for multi-vendor setups)

The vendor can:

  1. View submitted requirements
  2. Send messages through the conversation tab
  3. Attach files to messages
  4. Update the estimated delivery date if needed
  5. Submit a final delivery when work is complete

When the vendor submits a final delivery:

  1. The order status changes to Waiting For Approval
  2. The customer receives a notification
  3. The customer reviews the delivery and either:
    • Accepts — order moves to Waiting For Review, WooCommerce order marked completed
    • Rejects — order returns to Work In Progress for revision

After the delivery is accepted, both parties can leave star ratings and reviews. Once a review is submitted, the service status moves to Order Complete. If WooCommerce review sync is enabled, service reviews also appear on the product page.
