Display Settings
Section titled “Display Settings”The Appearance tab controls how events look across the site: date and time formatting, the default event view, which views are available, calendar settings, recurring event configuration, and single-event page options.
Go to Eventonomy → Settings → Appearance to access these options. (This was the Display tab before the settings screen was consolidated into seven tabs; the old ?tab=display link still resolves here.)

Date & Time
Section titled “Date & Time”| Setting | Default | Description |

When creating a new event, the end time is pre-filled to start + this many minutes. Set to 0 to disable the auto-fill. Capped at 10080 (one week). |
Event Views
Section titled “Event Views”| Setting | Default | Description |

The view visitors see when they land on the Events page (/events/). Options: Grid, List, Month, Upcoming, Week (Pro), Day (Pro). Week and Day are shown but not selectable until Pro is active. |

Calendar View
Section titled “Calendar View”The Calendar view feature card enables the month calendar block. Toggle it on or off to show or hide the calendar view site-wide.

Pro - Day starts at, Day ends at, and Time slot size apply to the Week and Day grids, which require Eventonomy Pro. Without Pro the three fields are visible but locked.
Week & Day grid caps (Pro)
Section titled “Week & Day grid caps (Pro)”With Pro active, two more fields appear inside the same Calendar view card. They stop a busy day from producing an unreadable wall of blocks in the Week and Day grids.

Recurring Events
Section titled “Recurring Events”The Recurring events feature card enables or disables the recurrence system site-wide.

Single Event & Cards

How times are shown on the single-event page and cards. Site timezone always shows the site’s local time. Event timezone shows the event’s own timezone with its abbreviation. Both shows the event time first and the site time in parentheses (collapses to one when both zones match). |

| Default cover image URL | (empty) | A fallback banner shown on events that have no cover image of their own. Paste an image URL (for example from your Media Library). Left empty, cover-less events fall through to the automatic coloured placeholder. |
