Multi Vendor
Woo Sell Services integrates with three popular WooCommerce multi-vendor plugins to bring the service workflow into vendor dashboards.

Dokan Integration
Section titled “Dokan Integration”Product Creation
Section titled “Product Creation”When a Dokan vendor creates a product, the Service checkbox and requirement fields appear in the product editor within the Dokan dashboard.
Dashboard Tab
Section titled “Dashboard Tab”A Service Provider tab is added to the Dokan vendor dashboard showing all service orders assigned to the vendor. Vendors can view order details, conversations, and deliveries from this tab.
Order Management
Section titled “Order Management”Service order details (requirements, conversations, delivery status) are accessible from the Dokan order detail page. The vendor can manage the full service workflow without visiting WP Admin.
Support Agent Assignment
Section titled “Support Agent Assignment”If enabled, vendors can assign support agents (co-authors) to products from the Dokan product editor.
WCFM Integration
Section titled “WCFM Integration”Product Fields
Section titled “Product Fields”The Service checkbox and requirement question builder appear in the WCFM product editor for both simple and variable products.
Dashboard Menu
Section titled “Dashboard Menu”A Service Provider menu item is added to the WCFM dashboard sidebar. This page lists all service orders for the vendor with filtering and search.
Variation Fields
Section titled “Variation Fields”For variable products, WCFM vendors can configure service options per variation.
Service Provider Page
Section titled “Service Provider Page”WCFM provides a dedicated service provider page where vendors manage all aspects of their service orders.
WC Vendors Integration
Section titled “WC Vendors Integration”Product Options
Section titled “Product Options”The Service checkbox and requirement fields appear in the WC Vendors product editor.
Variation Fields
Section titled “Variation Fields”Service options are available per variation in the WC Vendors product editor.
Dashboard Navigation
Section titled “Dashboard Navigation”A service management section is added to the WC Vendors dashboard navigation.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”No additional configuration is needed for multi-vendor integrations. Woo Sell Services automatically detects which multi-vendor plugin is active and loads the appropriate integration module.
The vendor role used by each plugin is automatically recognized:
