Notifications
Pro. This feature requires WB Member Blog Pro. The free plugin must be installed and active first. See the Pro index for every Pro module.
Email and BuddyPress notifications for blog events, with editable templates. On by default.
Settings live at Member Blog > Notifications, and the templates at Member Blog > Email Settings.
Notifications Settings
Section titled “Notifications Settings”Enable Notifications is the master switch. Turning it on also unlocks the Email Settings tab and the Notifications tab inside the member Author Dashboard.

BuddyPress notifications require BuddyPress to be active. On a standalone WordPress site the tab says so and only email is available.
Email Settings
Section titled “Email Settings”Edit the subject and body of the two emails. Leave a body empty to use the plugin’s default text.
Both bodies accept HTML and these markers:

What Members Control
Section titled “What Members Control”Members choose which notifications they receive under Author Dashboard > Notifications (part of the Author Dashboard module).

Each has a matching on-site (BuddyPress) preference.
As of 4.0.0 these preferences are honoured by every notification the pair sends, including the free plugin’s clap, follow and digest emails. Before 4.0.0 the free plugin’s notifiers could not see them, so a member who switched reaction emails off still got clap mail. Preferences members had already saved carry over untouched; nothing is reset.
One-Click Unsubscribe
Section titled “One-Click Unsubscribe”Every email the pair sends carries an unsubscribe link that works without logging in. It switches off exactly one kind of email and leaves the rest alone. See Digest Emails.
