Email Templates

LearnDash Dashboard includes ten ready-made email templates for the most common situations — from welcoming a new instructor to notifying a student about a course invitation. Each template is professionally formatted, works on all email clients, and can be personalized using tags that automatically fill in real names, course titles, and more.

When composing an email from My Dashboard > Email, use the Email Template dropdown at the top of the compose form to choose from seven pre-built templates. Selecting a template pre-fills both the subject line and message body. You can edit everything before sending.

The first option, Blank (compose your own), leaves the form empty so you can write from scratch.
