Integrations
BuddyX Pro 5.1.0 is built to style the entire in-house Wbcom ecosystem out of the box. Activate any first-party plugin and it inherits your theme colors, sidebars, dark mode, and header layouts automatically - no extra CSS, no per-plugin theming. This section is your map: one page per in-house plugin explaining what it does, how BuddyX Pro dresses it, and where to get it.
Every in-house plugin is free-to-start with a Pro upgrade. Install only the ones your site needs - there is no requirement to run all of them.
How BuddyX Pro works with these integrations
Section titled “How BuddyX Pro works with these integrations”You do not configure the theme per plugin. When a supported plugin is active, BuddyX Pro applies the same foundations it uses everywhere:
- Theme colors - each plugin’s buttons, links, and accents read your Customizer palette (
--bx-color-*tokens), so a brand color set once flows through forums, courses, jobs, and the store. - Dark mode - the header dark/light toggle repaints every integration surface, not just the theme’s own templates.
- Sidebars - per-section sidebar controls (Left, Right, None) cover plugin archives and single views.
- Header layouts - the Pro header layouts, top bar, and mega menu sit above every plugin page consistently.
Tip: Set your primary color and header layout first, then activate plugins. Each one picks up the look immediately, so you review integrations against your final brand rather than the defaults.
