Endpoints

Woo Sell Services registers three custom endpoints in the WooCommerce My Account area. These endpoints provide service management interfaces within the standard My Account navigation.

Displays the customer’s service orders list. Customers see all their purchased services with current status, order details, and links to the conversation page.

URL: my-account/service-orders/

Displays the vendor’s service management interface. Vendors see all orders assigned to them with status, customer details, and action links.

URL: my-account/service-provider/

This tab only appears for users whose role is selected in the Seller User Roles setting.

Displays the in-app notifications list. Both vendors and customers see their relevant notifications with mark-as-read and delete actions.

URL: my-account/services-notification/

This tab only appears when Enable Conversation Notification Tab is enabled in Notification Settings.

Each endpoint adds a corresponding tab to the WooCommerce My Account sidebar menu:

Tab Label Endpoint Visible To
Service Orders service-orders All customers
Service Provider service-provider Vendor roles only
Notifications services-notification All users (when enabled)

After activating the plugin or if endpoints return 404 errors, flush permalinks:

  1. Navigate to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks
  2. Click Save Changes

This registers the new endpoints with WordPress’s rewrite system.

Use WooCommerce’s endpoint title filters to change the tab labels displayed in My Account.

  • Service Provider — remove the vendor role from Seller User Roles in General Settings
  • Notifications — disable Enable Conversation Notification Tab in Notification Settings
  • Service Orders — always visible to logged-in customers with service purchases
