Viewing Scheduled Posts

Where to find your scheduled posts

All your scheduled posts are collected in a dedicated tab on your profile.

Go to your profile page
Look for the Scheduled Posts tab in the profile navigation

The tab label includes a count badge showing how many posts are currently scheduled — for example, “Scheduled Posts 3”. On BuddyBoss the count is shown separately in a header above the list rather than inside the tab label.

The tab only appears on your own profile. Visiting another member’s profile will not show their scheduled posts, and other members cannot see yours.

What you see on the Scheduled Posts page

Each entry in the list shows:

Item	Description
Your avatar and display name	Standard activity entry header
Post content	The full text you wrote, including links, mentions, and hashtags
Media	Any images or attachments included in the post
Scheduled time	Displayed as “Schedule for: [date] at [time]” using the site’s date and time format
Delete button	Removes the post permanently

The list uses the standard BuddyPress activity template, so it matches the look of your site’s activity feed.

Empty state

If you have no scheduled posts, the tab still appears and shows: “You don’t have any scheduled activities at the moment.”

Loading more posts

If you have more than one page of scheduled posts, a Load More button appears at the bottom of the list. Click it to load the next batch. Posts append below the ones already shown; the page does not reload. The button disappears when all posts are loaded.

Refreshing the count

The count badge in the tab label reflects the total at page load. After you delete a post the count updates on the current page without a full reload. If you open the tab in a new tab or window the count reflects the current total at that moment.
