Installation

Install the Reign theme, Dokan Lite, and WooCommerce first. The addon deactivates itself if any of them is missing.

Install the plugin

1. In the WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New.
2. Click Upload Plugin, then Choose File, and select the addon’s .zip file.
3. Click Install Now.
4. Click Activate.

What happens on activation

On activation the addon writes a default set of feature toggles into the shared reign_options option, under the dokan_option key, but only if that key does not already exist. The defaults enable:

• Store tab on profiles
• Product creation activity
• Product review activity
• Favorite products

Order activity is not enabled by default and must be turned on manually.

If the dokan_option key already exists (for example after a reinstall or when other Reign addons have populated reign_options), the addon leaves the existing values untouched.

After activation

1. Confirm the Reign theme is active and Dokan Lite plus WooCommerce are active. If not, the addon shows an admin notice and deactivates.
2. Review the feature toggles on the Dokan tab of the Reign theme options page. See Dokan Settings Tab.
3. Set store and product layout options in the Customizer. See Customizer Options.
4. Enter your license key on the Reign theme’s License Manager tab to receive plugin updates.

Licensing

The addon includes an Easy Digital Downloads license updater. The license key field appears inside the Reign theme’s License Manager tab (the addon adds its own license panel there). A valid, activated license enables automatic update checks.
