Installation

Install the required theme and plugin first, then activate Reign Sensei Addon.

Before you start

Confirm that both dependencies are in place:

1. The Reign theme is installed and set as the active theme.
2. Sensei LMS is installed and active.

If either is missing when you activate the addon, it will deactivate itself and show a notice explaining what is required.

Install the addon

1. In wp-admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Choose the reign-sensei-addon zip file and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate.

On activation the addon seeds its default settings inside the theme’s reign_options option. It only fills in keys that are missing, so activating (or re-activating) never overwrites choices you have already saved.

What activation sets up

The activator seeds these defaults (all enabled) under the theme’s sensei settings:

• Group integration and course visibility.
• The four group course-activity toggles (enrolment, course completion, lesson completion, quiz finished).
• The three publishing-activity toggles (course, lesson, quiz).

The general display options (reviews, avatar, price, last updated, default cover image) are not force-enabled on activation. Turn them on from the settings tab described in Configuring settings.

Add the license key

Reign Sensei Addon is a premium addon that updates through the Reign license manager. After activation, enter and activate your license so the site can receive updates. See Licensing.

Uninstalling

Deleting the plugin removes only the options it owns: the license key, the license status, and the license data transient. The Sensei display settings are left in place because they live inside the shared reign_options theme option and are used by the Reign theme as well.
