Plugin Compatibility

The addon adjusts its behavior when certain other plugins are active.

BuddyVendor (mutual exclusion)

BuddyVendor ships its own BuddyPress social layer for Dokan and other marketplaces: a vendor profile tab, favorite products, and product, review, and order activity. To avoid duplicate menus and icons, when BuddyVendor is active the addon skips its entire BuddyPress and social layer.

With BuddyVendor active:

• The addon does not load its favorite products feature, BuddyPress store tab, or activity recording.
• The addon does not add its Store item to the BuddyPress toolbar.
• On the Dokan settings tab, the favorite, store tab, and activity toggles are disabled, with a notice explaining that BuddyVendor now manages those features.

The addon keeps ownership of Dokan templating and the store, vendor, and product display features. BuddyVendor owns the social layer.

RTMedia

On pages that contain the Dokan dashboard shortcode, and when RTMedia is active, the addon removes RTMedia’s script and style enqueues to prevent a styling and script conflict on the vendor dashboard.

Youzify

When Youzify is active, order activity is recorded and displayed in a Youzify-compatible form. See BuddyPress Store Tab and Activity.

Elementor

The addon includes front-end scripts that work with Elementor:

• On Elementor tab widgets, switching tabs re-triggers the product slider so sliders inside hidden tabs render correctly once shown.
• When an Elementor store or single template is in use, the addon’s own store header block is hidden so the two do not stack.

Dokan Pro

Dokan Pro is supported alongside Dokan Lite. Pro marketplace features come from Dokan; the addon applies Reign styling to them.

Reign theme color system

The addon adopts the Reign theme token-based color system (light, dark, and auto modes). Colors follow the theme rather than being set by the addon.
