Installation
Install Reign WCFM Addon the same way as any premium WordPress plugin. Make sure the requirements are met first, or the addon will deactivate itself on the next admin page load.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Confirm all three dependencies are active:
- Reign theme (set as the active theme)
- WCFM Marketplace
- WooCommerce
Install the plugin
Section titled “Install the plugin”- Download the plugin zip from your Wbcom Designs account.
- In the WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Choose the zip file and select Install Now.
- Select Activate.
You can also unzip the plugin into wp-content/plugins/ over SFTP and activate it from the Plugins screen.
After activation
Section titled “After activation”- Go to Appearance > Reign (or Reign Options) and open the WCFM Marketplace tab.
- Turn on the features you want and pick a store layout. See Configure settings.
- Enter your license key under the Reign License Manager tab so the plugin can receive updates. See Manage your license.
If the plugin will not stay active
Section titled “If the plugin will not stay active”If the addon deactivates immediately after activation, one of the three dependencies is missing or the active theme is not Reign. The admin notice names what is missing. Resolve it and activate again. See Troubleshooting.
